November 12, 2005 -
Pictures from a recent trip to the Snake River Hunting with Gary & Blake
Miller and Jordan Melberg. We had a great shoot and lots of fun. We left
Portland at 3am Monday and set up at 11am on the Snake 35 miles west of
Ontario OR. We shot 20 Mallards and 2 honkers - Jordan shot a banded
Mallard Drake. Tuesday we hunted 40 miles SE of Ontario and worked hard
(setting up twice) for 23 Mallards, 1 Widgeon, 2 Bluebills, 1Redhead
(rare). Wednesday we went back to the spot we shot Monday and the Snake
River had risen 5 feet with rain and snow melt. We never fired a shot. |

April 27,
2005 - Yesterdays catch by Jerry the "Prawn Master". This Springer
was extra fresh & pretty with sea lice and scales falling off.

| April 10, 2005 - Great Day! Fished the big C with Mike Park, Ron Park and Fernando. We landed 6 springers, 3 came on "Mike's Magic Bait". I enjoyed watching Ron bounce for 3 hours to get the last fish :( |

Jeff Melberg - Marathoned fished Oregon City today and managed to bounce up this
Springer on eggs. Fished with my three friends Me, Myself.& I. "I" did a
great job on the net.

| We won 1st. place in the 2004 Willamette Salmon Quest Fishing Tournament held Saturday April 3, 2004. Over 77 teams participated consisting of professional fishing guides with two team members. | ||
|
I served as a volunteer guide - fishing my boat with Bruce Polley and
Steve Salverson. We fished the Columbia hard from 5:30am to 3:30pm
and landed five (5) Spring Chinook earning first place. Second place
landed 3 salmon and third 2 salmon. Steve, hooked up with a Chinook and
a Seal at the same time. The Seal won, eating most of Steve's salmon.
All, was lost to the seal except the upper and lower jaw and my lucky
Kwik Fish!

| March 30, 2004 - Fished in Gary's boat for awhile today. Weather was cold and nasty. We managed to hook and land 3 chinook and two keepers, Will Wilson had the hot rod. |
| March 29, 2004 - I fished with Greg Seamster and Jerrry Burns on the Columbia. We landed 5 Chinook and took home 3. Jerry was an "All Star" for bouncing up two nookers today. (the final nooker freight trained him). |
| March 23, 2004 - Break. Gary and Blake Miller showed up a 10:15 am and we landed a
total of 5 Spring Chinook for 7 chances. Pictured 3 keeper Springers. Highlight includes: Gary caught one on a reel in. Jordan took one away from a sea lion that tried to steal our catch during the hook up. |
